Contact Us
Most of what arrives in our inbox falls into four groups. A figure in one of our guides is out of date. A platform changed a rule and a page no longer describes reality. Somebody wants a topic covered that nobody has covered properly. Or somebody has a business proposal.
All four are welcome. The fastest way to get a useful reply is to be specific about which one you are, and this page explains what to include.
Our Email Address
That is the only address we use. Messages reach the people who run the site, there is no ticket system in between, and replies are written by a person.
We keep one inbox rather than separate addresses for editorial, technical, and commercial enquiries. Splitting them would only create more places for a message to go unread.
What to Include
For a Correction
Name the page and the sentence. If a platform changed a policy, a payout threshold, or a requirement, saying roughly when you noticed helps us verify quickly.
This matters more here than on most sites. We publish figures about earnings, rates, and platform requirements, and those move. A stale number is not a harmless error; somebody may plan around it.
For a Topic Request
Tell us what you searched for and what you found instead. The gap is usually more useful to us than the suggestion, because it tells us what the existing coverage is failing to answer.
For a Question About the Numbers
If something in a guide does not match your own experience as a creator, tell us. Rates and thresholds vary by niche, region, audience size, and platform, and reader reports are how we learn where our ranges are too narrow.
For Anything Else
Plain language is fine. No format to follow, no need to explain why you are writing.
What This Site Is Not
It is worth saying this on the contact page, because a proportion of the people who reach this site are looking for something else entirely.
No Adult Content
This is not an adult site. We publish written material about the creator economy: how creators make money, what platforms pay, how analytics tools compare, how disclosure rules work, and how the business side of online publishing functions.
There are no galleries here, no videos, no image collections, and no adult material of any kind.
No Leaked or Non-Consensual Material
We do not host, link to, index, or supply private images or videos of anyone, whether obtained with consent or without it. We never have.
Requests asking us to provide, locate, or link to such material receive no reply. This is not a policy we make exceptions to, whatever reason is offered.
If private images of you have been shared without your consent, that is a serious matter with proper channels behind it. The Cyber Civil Rights Initiative runs a crisis helpline. StopNCII.org can block matching images across participating platforms without the image leaving your device. Anyone whose images were taken under the age of 18 should use Take It Down, operated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Those routes will do more for you than any website can.

We publish real contact details because a site making claims about money should say who is behind it. For anything substantive, email is better, since it gives both of us a record.
What We Can Help With
Corrections and Updated Figures
Top of the queue. Platform rules, payout thresholds, and typical rates all change, and reader corrections are the main reason older pages here stay accurate rather than quietly misleading people.
Explaining How Something Works
Why a payout threshold exists, how a rate is usually calculated, what a disclosure rule actually requires, how an analytics estimate is derived and why it is only an estimate. These are answerable questions and we enjoy answering them.
Pointing You to the Primary Source
Where a question turns on a platform’s own terms or a regulator’s published guidance, we will tell you where to read it rather than paraphrasing and hoping.
Topic Suggestions
A good share of what gets published here started as a reader question.
What We Cannot Do
Give Financial or Legal Advice
We publish general information about how creators earn and what rules apply. That is not advice about your situation. We cannot tell you what to charge, whether a contract is fair, how to handle your taxes, or whether a particular disclosure satisfies a regulator. Those need a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
Guarantee Any Earnings
Nothing here is a promise of income. Ranges we publish describe what creators report, not what you will make. Anyone guaranteeing creator earnings is selling something.
Contact Platforms or Brands for You
We have no relationship with any platform, network, or brand, and no ability to intervene in an account issue, a payment dispute, or a partnership that went wrong.
Recover Accounts
Account access, bans, and suspensions belong with the platform’s own support. Anyone offering to fix those for a fee is running a scam.
Review Contracts
We cannot read your brand agreement and tell you whether to sign it. That is legal advice and it belongs with a lawyer.
We Never Ask for Anything Personal
We will never ask for a password, a verification code, payment details, or access to any account. There is no reason we would.
If a message arrives claiming to be from this site and asking for any of that, it is not from us. We write only from the address on this page, and we never charge for anything.
Business, Advertising and Partnership Enquiries
We consider advertising placements, sponsorships, and collaborations with tools and services relevant to working creators.
Make the First Message Complete
Send what you are offering, what you want in return, the format, and your timeline. A single line asking for a call, with nothing attached, generally does not get one.
What We Decline
Anything that would mislead readers or present paid placement as an honest recommendation. Anything promising follower growth, engagement, or verification. Anything offering third-party access to accounts. Any adult service or platform. Those are refused regardless of the figure attached.
Copyright and Removal Requests
If material here infringes your copyright, write to [email protected] with the exact URL, a description of the work, your contact details, and confirmation that you are the rights holder or act for them.
If a screenshot or example on this site shows your name, handle, or any other personal detail, tell us which page and we will remove or obscure it. No copyright claim is needed and you will not be asked to justify it. The DMCA page sets out both routes in full.
How Long We Take
Corrections and removal requests move to the front. Everything else is handled in order of arrival.
Our normal window is 24 to 72 hours. Questions requiring us to verify a figure across several sources take longer, and when that is the case we say so rather than leaving you waiting.
If your message identifies a genuine error, the page usually gets corrected before the reply goes out.
How We Handle a Correction
It is worth describing what actually happens after you report an error, because most sites never explain this.
We Check the Primary Source
Someone goes back to the platform’s own terms, the regulator’s published guidance, or whatever the claim rests on, rather than taking the report on trust or checking it against another blog.
We Update the Page and the Date
If the report holds, the page changes and its update date changes with it. If it holds only in some circumstances, the page gains a line setting out those circumstances rather than swapping one oversimplification for another.
We Tell You What Changed
You get a reply saying what was corrected, or an explanation of why the page stayed as it was. Either way you find out, instead of sending a message into silence.
Our Independence
The site at internet-chick.com is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any social platform, analytics service, creator network, or brand mentioned in our content.
Platform and product names appear here descriptively, to explain how something works. Nothing implies association or approval.
Privacy When You Write
We receive whatever you choose to send, usually a name, an email address, and a message. It is used to answer you and nothing else.
No mailing lists, no sharing with third parties, no marketing use. Correspondence is deleted once it has served its purpose, and you can ask for it to go sooner. The Privacy Policy covers the detail.
